Pricing

What it costs, in plain terms.

A flat monthly fee sized to your call volume. We quote it on the demo call once we know how many calls you miss, so the number fits your shop rather than a tier.

Monthly fee
Flat, set for your expected call volume. Includes the AI intake number, booking integrations, texts to callers, and the dashboard.
Over the plan
A per-minute rate for AI talk time and a per-text rate beyond what’s included. You see both before you sign and in the monthly statement.
Setup
None. The guided setup takes an afternoon and we walk the forwarding steps with you.
Term
Month to month. Turn forwarding off and the line behaves exactly as it did before.
Call the demoFifteen minutes on your own call volume gets you the number.

Against the alternatives

VoicemailFree. Roughly four in five after-hours callers hang up without leaving one, and most call the next company.
Answering serviceBilled per minute to take a message you still have to act on at 7 AM. Doesn’t know what’s open.
Part-time receptionistCovers some hours, not the 2 AM furnace. The best one you’ve had is still the bar during the day.
AllHoursCovers every hour your team can’t, and ends the call with a booked job instead of a callback.

What you are paying for

What it does, and what it will never do.

The second list isn’t a roadmap. Those are limits we chose.

It will

  • Answer in your business’s name, with your greeting, voice and tone
  • Ask your intake questions and record the answers as fields on the job
  • Offer only slots your scheduling system says are open, for job types you marked bookable
  • Book the job, create or update the customer record, and text the confirmation
  • Escalate emergencies by your rules, and close out spam without bothering you
  • Give you the transcript, recording and reasoning behind every booking

It will not

  • Quote a firm price sight-unseen — it gives the range you set and says a tech confirms on site
  • Decide whether a reported hazard is safe to wait on
  • Edit, move or cancel a job already on your board
  • Touch your pricing, invoices or payments
  • Fill the emergency window you told it to protect, or exceed your daily cap
  • Pretend to be a person if asked

Questions

What owners ask about the bill.

Why isn’t there a price on this page?

Because the right number depends on how many calls you miss, and that varies tenfold between a one-truck shop and a dispatch office. We’d rather quote a fee that fits than publish a tier you have to grow into. The quote comes on the demo call, in writing, before anything is forwarded.

What counts as a minute?

AI talk time: from when the receptionist picks up to when the caller hangs up. Spam that gets closed in ten seconds costs ten seconds. Texts to callers are counted separately.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

Neither. Month to month, no exit fee. Turn forwarding off from your handset and your phone behaves as it did before; tell us and the subscription stops at the end of the month.

Do I need new phone hardware or a new number?

No. We provision an AI intake number behind the scenes; your customers keep dialing the number they know. Forwarding is a carrier setting, not equipment.

Does the fee include the scheduling integrations?

Yes. ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive connections, SMS confirmations, the Slack and email notifications, and the dashboard are all in the monthly fee.

What happens to my data?

Call recordings and transcripts belong to your business. We don’t sell them or train on them for anyone else. Delete a call and it’s gone from our systems too.

Can an agency or MSP resell this?

Yes. The white-label program puts your name on the dashboard, at your price, with your client relationship.

Hear it before you price it.

Call (218) 774-4492 and play the customer. Describe a job, ask what it costs, take a slot. Then we’ll talk numbers.

This is going to call (218) 774-4492. The agent can walk you through any demo we have available and get you started on the platform if you’re ready.
