This policy explains how GoopWorks LLC ("AllHours", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the AllHours AI receptionist service, the allhours.app website, and our applications (together, the "Service").
AllHours serves two groups of people, and the distinction matters throughout this policy. Customers are the businesses that subscribe to the Service. Callers are the people who telephone those businesses and speak with the receptionist. For most caller information, the Customer decides what is collected and why; we process it on their behalf and under their instructions.
From Customers, when an account is created and configured:
From Callers, when the receptionist answers a call placed to a Customer:
From visitors to allhours.app:
Recording and transcription are configurable, and whether they are enabled is the Customer's decision. Recording laws differ by jurisdiction, and several states require the consent of all parties to a call.
Customers are responsible for the legality of recording on their line, including playing any disclosure their jurisdiction requires before information is collected. We provide configurable disclosure language to support this; we do not provide legal advice about whether it is sufficient where you operate.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use caller call content to train general-purpose models for third parties.
The Service can send text messages, including appointment confirmations to callers and alerts to Customer staff. Consent is collected verbally on the call before any message is sent, and the exchange is recorded with the rest of the call. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people they add, and for honouring opt-out requests. Reply STOP to a message to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Full programme details — what we send, how often, the consent script the receptionist follows and how to stop — are on our SMS messaging terms page.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your call volume and settings.
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes described above:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile opt-in data is never sold.
A current list of subprocessors is available on request from help@allhours.app. We also disclose information where required by law, and in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will give notice before information becomes subject to a different policy.
A Customer can connect a Google account so the receptionist can check availability and book appointments. This section describes exactly what we access through Google's APIs and what we do with it.
We request only these permissions:
calendar.app.created). We create a calendar named “AllHours Appointments” in the connected account, and create, look up and update appointments on that calendar only. This permission does not allow us to see or change any other calendar or any event we did not create.calendar.freebusy). We read when the account’s primary calendar is busy, so an appointment is never booked over an existing commitment. Google returns start and end times only — never event titles, descriptions, locations or attendees.userinfo.email), to show which Google account is connected.Google user data is used only to provide the scheduling features the Customer turned on: finding open times, booking an appointment a caller requests, and cancelling one at a caller’s request. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles of anyone.
AllHours does not use Google user data, or information derived from it, to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and does not transfer it to anyone for that purpose.
When the receptionist offers or confirms a time, the start time of that appointment is passed to our voice and language model providers so it can be spoken to the caller. No other Google user data is shared with them. We do not share Google user data with any other third party except as needed to operate the Service, to comply with the law, or with the Customer’s permission.
No person at AllHours reads Google user data unless the Customer has asked us to for a specific support request, it is necessary for security or to investigate abuse, or it is required by law.
We store the authorization tokens Google issues, the identifier of the “AllHours Appointments” calendar, and the connected email address. They are encrypted at rest and held under access controls that prevent them from being read from a browser. We do not keep copies of calendar events; appointments exist in the Customer’s Google account.
Disconnecting Google Calendar in AllHours settings deletes the stored tokens and connection details immediately. Access can also be revoked at any time fromGoogle Account permissions.
Disconnecting does not delete the “AllHours Appointments” calendar or the appointments on it, because they belong to the Customer. They can be removed in Google Calendar by deleting that calendar.
AllHours’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Call recordings, transcripts and intake records are retained for the period configured by the Customer, up to a default of 12 months. Account and billing records are retained as long as the account is active and afterwards as required for legal, tax and audit purposes. Customers may request earlier deletion, subject to legal holds.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a refused request. Residents of some U.S. states have specific rights including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
If you are a caller and want to exercise rights over information collected during a call, contact the business you called; they determine what was collected and how long it is kept. We will support them in responding, and you may also contact us at the address below and we will route your request.
We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored recordings and transcripts, role-based access controls, and logging of administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date, and where required we will provide additional notice.
